Module I

We will teach you a framework to plan your negotiations strategy, but more importantly, you will learn the Chinese cultural context for negotiations. This is when the real value of this masterclass is first revealed, as you begin to realize HOW and WHY your natural instincts and approach may not be working in your favor in China.
Module II

We will show you how to manage the perceptions and misperceptions of those you are trying to communicate and build Guanxi relationships with, as well as how your own misperceptions may end up causing you harm. This module will provide you all the tools you need to get your point across and become more persuasive.
Module III

Your normal approach (modus operandi) for negotiations will often create unintended consequences in China. As you begin to realize why this happens, you will develop new tactics to turn the outcomes in your favor. The lessons in this module will enable you to eliminate the majority of your frustrations in China, immediately!
Module IV

Getting all of the concessions you seek before the contract is signed will likely lead to more troubles done the road. This is one of many reasons why "China is a land of contradictions." The real negotiation begins after the contract is signed. In this module, we will show you how to create sustainable, winning partnerships without compromise.
Module V

We will dig deeper into the nuances of Chinese business culture so you will be able to distinguish between someone "giving you Face" versus someone with whom you have developed real Guanxi relationships with. You will develop a winning system of reciprocity that never involves giving or receiving money.
